The Orchard Runners Club

The first of 6 run events. Come & join us for a trail/road run across farm land and around countryside lanes, this year there is a choice of a 4.5km route or a 6.5km route to choose from. Walk, run, skip or dance you way back to the studio for breakfast wraps and protein shakes.

Splits Workshop

Is splits something you have always wanted to do? Or is flexibility an area you would like to spend some time on? Then this workshop is for you…

We will work on lengthening fascia and flexibility in our legs, groin, hips, adductors. You may not find the full pose but let’s lay the foundations and have some fun in finding where our bodies can go.

Refreshments available throughout and of course a little treat after.
