Introducing our 8-week Body Sculpt Yoga package designed to help you achieve holistic wellness goals.

Each week, you can choose to enjoy an in-studio or online class, tailored to strengthening and stretching the whole body as well as practicing mindful movement. With access to our online video library you can take advantage of the ‘Core & Body Sculpt’ online package, you will be able to refine your practice and build physical strength at any time. However, this plan is not just about the body – we prioritise mental well-being too.

This 8 week plan is largely about building daily tools & healthy habits to help create a calmer lifestyle in today’s busy world. Through weekly check-ins and mindful exercises, we'll support your journey to develop and implement daily routines which fit with your own lifestyle to establish a positive mindset.

As a bonus, you'll get free pass to a workshop of your choice during the 8 weeks, an invite to a yoga breakfast event at the studio, encouraging a well-rounded approach to fitness, as well as a starter kit including TOS tote bag, yoga block & journal.

what to expect each week

You will receive a weekly check in to find out how your feeling, what

has gone well, and what you wish had gone better. These questions help

you reflect and produce goals and intentions for the week ahead.

At the beginning of each week, you will be asked to set you weekly

intention, create your own affirmation, write a gratitude list and

complete 3 journaling prompts.

It is up to you how many times you choose to practice yoga, both in

studio and at home, as well as moving your body more in other ways

too.
